I heard about a highschool in Chicago where students had to pass a certain number of courses tograduate, and if they didnt pass a course, they got the grade NotYet. And I thought that was fantastic, because if you get a failinggrade, you think, Im nothing, Im nowhere. But if you get the grade NotYet you understand that youre on a learning curve. It gives you a pathinto the future.
