摘 要
5>12大地震对于文化遗产造成巨大破坏，灾后重建中的文化重建往往被忽略，而灾前各种文化传承与保护的不利因素叠加，使得灾后文化重建面临严峻的挑战。本文以甘肃省文县白马藏族为例，通过实地调研与访谈获取第一手资料，并以草河坝村为案例，发掘出白马藏族文化传承与保护的现状及挑战、各种不利因素及可利用条件，揭示出少数民族文化的生态环境与生存状况。并在此基础上，提出文县白马藏族灾后文化重建的建议与构想。

5.12 earthquakes caused enormous damage to the cultural heritage. the cultural reconstruction of post-disaster reconstruction tends to be neglected. while, at the same time, the unfavorable factors of pre-disaster cultural heritage and protection superimpose. all of these make post-culture face severe challenges. in this paper, baima tibetans of wen county, gansu province, for example, we obtain first-hand information through field researches and interviews. and taking grass dam village as an example, we discover the status quo, challenges, various favorable and unfavorable factors of baima tibetan cultural heritage and protection, revealing the ecological environment and living conditions of minority cultures. and on this basis, we propose wen county, baima tibetan post-disaster cultural reconstruction suggestions and ideas.
一、白马藏族之历史渊源与风情民俗
白马藏族，俗称'白马人“，是一个具有悠久历史和独特民俗风情的少数民族，主要分布在甘肃省文县和四川省平武县、九寨沟、松潘县两省四县的交界处，人口约两万。根据史学界考证，白马人与古代的氐族无论在血缘、地缘还是传统习俗上，都有十分密切的联系。《史记》上记载：'白马最大，皆氐类也“；
《括地志》上也说：'陇右成州、武州，皆白马氐“。新中国建立初期，我国政府进行民族调查和识别时，由于白马人的聚居区和藏族的聚居区在地缘上有着十分紧密的关系，有些白马人会说藏话、识藏文，就把其划归于藏族系，并一直沿袭至今。又因其崇尚白色，多敬奉白马神，部落以'白马“为图腾，且生活在甘肃省的部落大都...
